Most of what you said I understand. Have you done much to research other "religions?" Find out more about them so that they are demystified for you?
It actually may be quite interesting and enlightening.
I personally do not subscribe to any one specific "organized religion" as I am turned off by a lot of the hypocrisy surrounding them.
My personal beliefs are monotheistic in nature, but I choose not to label my idea of a deity out of respect for other traditions and/or beliefs.
Do some research, find out about other religions and what confuses you. Blessings in your search for inner peace.

People should begin to see and share what we have in common with one another, not always tear us apart on what's different.. religion or otherwise.
My roots are with the Catholic religion - Roman Catholic.
I have joined my husbands church when we were younger - United Church If Christ - Protestant.
I have gone to a Methodist church -
Studied with the Mormons for a short while.
And even studied with the Jehovah Witness
I have walked the way of the Witch.. and am considered by many to be a Medicine Woman..a Sage..a WiseWoman..
I am a Born Again Christian.. and this is where I will stay.

I don't believe in "Religions" either. But I do believe that the bible is 100% true and there is a heaven. There is no man or woman on this earth that can tell you if you are going to heaven or not. That judgement is reserved for the son of God = Christ.
Whether or not you believe in the bible, it truly is a great source of wisdom and really speaks to the person reading it.

The Four Noble Truths, as stated by Buddha, say that Nirvana (a cessation of suffering, therefore a sort of heaven) is attainable. Anyone can do it, whatever one believes about whichever god. Buddhism doesn't have anything negative to say about other religions or beliefs, nor does it say that one has to be a Buddhist and Buddhist only to reach Nirvana.

My religion doesn't bash other religions. Some of the people do but that is because of past experiences with different religions. I will say that I have bashed people in different religions because they say stupid stuff and don't really know what they are talking about. I don't mean everyone in that religion, just the ones that are stupid enough to talk loudly about things they know nothing about. As for my religion, we talk about other religions but not bashing. We do compare sometimes though because we have ex-members of almost every religion there.

Everyone has a different reason why they chose the religion they did- your religion really doesn't say much about your overall charachter. Yeah, I'm kind of in your shoes- not really part of a religion. Every one seems to say that members of all other religions will go to hell (or some equivalent to this).

I've read many religious books. I have found the Bible to be the only book with reasonable answers to the key questions of life: How did we get here? What went wrong? What do we do about it?
God bless.

Many men claimed to be god but only one GOD claimed to be man ,, Over 20000 religions in the world would it make since for all of them to be right ? No. Jesus Christ is the only one who claimed to be God in the flesh ,not budda, not mahamed , none of the hindu gods ever made such claims .,Because Jesus never allowed them too

When you believe in nothing, you fall for anything and "by their fruits you shall know them." If you live your best and love your best, the light and power of Truth will consume you and religion and groups will mean nothing because the Love of God will guide you into all truths.

Islam teaches that if Christians and Hebrews embrace the Quran and return to the worship of God they will be saved.
