With backround music, text, ect without actually have to record it on your actual camera.
Like there is music in the backround and then you see a black screen with text and then you see like a person[video not picture] and it has her name or something. Like laguna beach, it shows their name.
Please tell me a site? Or please explain how. <3

That can all be done with an editing software (like pinnacle)!
1st, get a footage of a person like video, paste that to the timeline. Then import the music you like. Then go to titles (edit it to your liking) to add the txt you want to see, and drop it right onto the video footage (at the timeline). You may also add other stuff like transitions to your liking!
Have fun!

You need some decent editing software. Windows Movie Maker might work, but chances are you want something better. On the cheaper end you can try Roxio Easy Media Creator or Pinnacle Studio. A professional program would be Adobe Premier, or if you're using a Mac, Final Cut Pro. Any of these allow you to create text over black, add music, edit video, and add titles and other effects.

ok i think you mean editing after shooting your video. im guessing you have windows xp, and that comes with movie maker. if not, go to google and search for free video editing programs. assuming you have movie maker, open it up and there should be list of steps on the left that should make it pretty straightfoward. add music in timeline mode, and there are tools for adding titles, transitions, and effects. just remember k.i.s.s. and spend time making sure the viewer focuses on what you recorded instead of commenting on how many crazy transitions and effects there were. hope this helps!
