what really works good is pre natal vitamins . they got all the vitamins for your whole body . it will help your hair grow stronger as well as your nails . you should give it a try . it could only help you it cant hurt .

there are those over the counter vitamins in which it's guaranteed that hair will grow back. HOWEVER, my friend tried it. He actually tried everything that was available because he was slightly balding. NONE of it worked. What it did cause him were headaches, stomachaches, and dizziness. I suggest that you don't try any of them unless you doctor prescripts or suggests it. My first instinct would to definitely consult a doctor.

Olive oil on your roots & Jojoba oil on the ends helps your hair grow well. You can get them both from any beauty supply store.

biotin is a vitamin usually given to people with lack-luster hair and brittle nails. it will help you grow your hair too, but most importantly, drink lots of water and get regular trims

why don't you try the Mane N Tail by straight arrow. i think it helps it grow faster but makes your hair thick.
