An organic fruit is ANY fruit, it's organic just because it's grown without pesticides. As for exotic - how about pomegranates, kiwis, mangos.

Lychee.
How about some stinky durian. This fruit is forbidden inside hotels in Malaysia.

Whether it be organic or not, fruits is vital.
Durain - its an acquired taste. But do not eat too much because it is heaty.
Mangosteen, star fruits, guava, papaya, dragon fruit, prune. More gentle types of fruits where you can eat and not be afraid of constipation.

Exotic Fruit.... Dragon fruit or Grapples its an apple that taste like a grape.
