Yes mormon use water, and we don't call it communion, we call it the sacrament.

The Bible doesn't designate specific emblems for the sacrament. The Lord, as recorded in John 6:54, said, "Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day."
Matthew, on the other hand, records only that the Lord "took the cup," adding that the Lord said he would not "drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom" (Matt. 26:29). Perhaps that is why the Lord refused the wine and myrrh the guard offered him while he hung on the cross. Both the New Testament and the Doctrine and Covenants tell of a time when the Savior will sit down with prophets of Bible and Book of Mormon times to partake of the fruit of the vine together in Our Father's Kingdom (Matt. 26:29; D & C 27:5). Only Moroni, writing for the benefit of the Lamanites, refers to wine in the sacramental prayer (Moroni 5:2).

For the first four months following the Restored Church's organization, wine was used as the emblem to remember the blood Christ shed. Then, early in August 1830, while Joseph Smith was on his way to purchase some wine for the Sacrament, he received what became the 27th section of the Doctrine and Covenants. In that revelation, the heavenly messenger warned him of the danger of purchasing sacramental wine from enemies of the Saints. He told him that

it mattereth not what ye shall eat or what ye shall drink when ye partake of the sacrament, if it so be that ye do it with an eye single to my glory . ..
Wherefore, a commandment I give unto you, that you shall not purchase wine neither strong drink of your enemies;
Wherefore, you shall partake of none except it is made new among you (D & C 27:2-4).

Although new wine of the Church's own making was used, even in Utah for a time, water is now used throughout most of the Church.

Detractors may be surprised to know that many other Christians beside Latter-day Saints have chosen to not use wine for communion or the sacrament. Grape juice is used by most Baptists and Disciples of Christ congregations. United Methodists used grape juice for their communion for most of this century, a custom said to have been started by the founder of the Welch's grape juice enterprise who was a strong Methodist.

As the Lord said so plainly in 1830, it really doesn't matter what is used for the emblems, as long as they are taken with an eye single to the glory of the Lord.

It doesn't matter what you drink or eat when you take communion. Is blood grape juice? Interesting isn't it?
No it's not. It's not interesting at all.
You should probably find some other way to prove that you are right and everybody else is wrong that doesn't believe exactly like you.

making use of water isn't denying the blood of Christ. The Lord's supper or sacrament is a symbolic ceremony to style the Lord's body and blood. Remembering per week the Lord died for our sins. As for the symbols on early Temples, those are symbolic of the three heavens...human beings will upward push and function bodies like the glories of the solar, the Moon and the celebs....No the celebs are not a pentagram...there is not any longer a circle around the the action picture star..A 5 pointed action picture star isn't a pentagram without the circle round it. As for the temple rituals, they're covenants we make in there...the different stuff is only a ceremony motor vehicle.

first baptism is when we turn 8 and we go into a large "bath tub" in our church usually and usually our fathers if they have the priststood will say like a sertin prayerand then fully emerge us into the water (that is out baptism part) then we get confirmed a member of the LDS church and we get the holy ghost with us

second our sacrament is what we take evey sunday first the bread to remind us of his body then second water to remind us of his blood.(ur question comes here we take water instead of wine or grape juice is becuz the word of wisdome says we shal not take antthing the will hurt our bodyand our prophet has specified wine beer and coffee and tea)we can drink grape juice but i would think is too messsy(i have taken the sarament sine i was real little

My soon to be ex is a LDS member. They use water at the service. I never did understand much about the religion and I was married to him for almost 10 years. They don't use wine because alcohol is bad for the body and the body is a temple of God (The concept or explanations I got were kind of vague to me but that's what I've learned about the reasons behind no alcohol polcies in the LDS church.)

We use water.

Catholics have communion.
We have the Sacrament.

Both are done in the memory of the blood he shed.

When we have the sacrament it doesn't have to look like blood.
The symbolism behind the ordinance and the reverence, intent and authority with which it is done is what is most important.

Jesus was the leader of a mushroom cult. He went around and gave people mushrooms and made them believe he could do miracles. The crucifixion was a bad trip by his disciples, and they wrote their horrible trip down as a joke. People started to believe them though, and it made people fear Jesus, so they thought, "Hmmm, we could rule the world with this crap." Christianity was born. And we all live miserably ever after.
