You could easily go through a growth spurt. Unless you are two foot three, there is no reason to worry. How tall you grow is dependent on your genes. If most of the men in your family are short, you will probably be short. If the majority are of average height, chances are you will be of average size. But thirteen is too early to start worrying about your size. And it doesn't matter whether you lose a few nights of sleep. You are already programed to be a certain size, and that is what you will grow to.

I am Los, don't worry about your size. Growth sperts do happen. For young men, it is usually between16 and 21 years of age. One good measure to see h ow grow you "may" grow is by looking at the men in your family. (Don't forget to look at the women also.) If there are tall people in your family, you may grow to be as tall as they are,if not taller. Don't be so eager to grow, you may miss something that it right at eye level.

You still have time to hit your growth spurt. Alot of my friends didn't hit their growth spurt until 9th and 10 th grade. On the other hand if you never get taller than 4 foot 11 you qualify for handicap parking.

Dude, I've known guys at that height when they were 15 and they ended up sprouting to 6'1". If you want to get growth spurts, you should play some basketball, regardless if you're good or not. Worked for me at your age.

You just haven't hit your growth spurts yet. Over a three month period, it's very possible to grow 1-2 inches.

It's normal for you. I didn't hit 5 feet until I was 15. I was always the shortest kid in my class.
but I'm 5'7" now - pretty normal height.
