You can definitely fall in Lust! Love is more complex and it happens from knowing someone on a deeper level that only comes through time. You have to appreciate who they are and what they do before you can say you truly love them. You have to be around them when the chips are down and you see how they react to it, you might not want to be in love then. Or after a long day how well you compromise together or how well you argue together sometimes.
But then again, maybe this is a long time friend you have been waiting for!

By difinition, no. Love is wanting what's best for the other person; you simply cannot get to know someone well enough in 7 days to be able to know this.
