Well, no. But It depends if the age difference makes the relationship illegal...

Depends on how old she is.

If she's 15 or 16 then it is probably not a good idea. Even though the age gap is not that great, the developmental stages between a 15 and 18 or a 16 and 19 year-old are much different.

I believe by the time a person reaches18, the three year age difference does not matter much. At that point a person should be mature enough to make most adult decisions on their own.

On another note, most older guys that are about anything should be interested in meeting girls in college or social environments where there are people around the same age.

If this is the situation with you Watch Out!

It isn't a question of wrong or right its a question of the law. If he is 17 and you are 14 it can be trouble for the guy. If a parent or anyone else wanted to make trouble they could turn him in if you are having sex. he then would be charged with statutory rape. Even if consent was given the D.A would file charges and nothing you have to say about it matters. There is a charge for 3 years difference in age under the age of 18. consider the harm to the guy that can occur. Many scorned girls have done this and ruined a guys life.

It's Ok for a girl to date a guy 3 years older. I only date guys older then me because I find older guys to be on the same level of maturity as I am on. Make sure you know the guy first though and know that with maturity comes more expiriance so be careful.

Nope!!

When I was 17 I was dating a guy that was 28! I don't mean for you to copy that behavior but it makes 3 years seem so much closer than 11.

Be careful though;guys of all ages want something.

it depends on their ages... like 12 and 15 is a big difference, 14 and 17 not as much but some, and 21 and 24 not much at all, and so on

no its not. You see girl mature faster than guys so that is why alot of girls are with older guys me and my husband are 6 yrs apart and i could not be more happy. But if your going to be doing anything sexual you both need to be at least 18 so neither one of you will get into trouble
