im 13 and i would like to get buffer before school starts back up. does anyone have any solutions on how i can get buffer without steroids? i already have an incredible 6-pack i just need to build up my biceps

get an air pump cut a hallow hole in your arm and blow it up to make it look buff.

6'4" and 210 is not fat unless its all in your tummy I am 6'3" 210 and I am as trim and buff and a horse.... If your fatness is at the mid section.. You need to do lots of sit ups and side bends.. If you are sincere then it wont take long.... Good luck Grant M in Pennsylvania

Free weights, with a spotter. Always keep increasing the weight. The Charles Atlas method builds bulk fast, but it uses a "static" method that does not build good strenght.

if you want big arms like me, you should start getting dumbells. THey could work your bicepts, tricepts, and you can even use them to work your chest and back.
make sure you start from the biggest muscle to the smallest.
Like back, chest, then tricepts, then bicepts. Do a couple of reps of each everyother day and you'll see a difference.

that is easy... make sure to eat lots of carbohydrates... carbohydrates stimulate muscle growth... but if you are going to do that, then you need to also work out... so right after you eat a lot of carbs you have to go and work your muscles where you want to build them... since carbs stimulate muscle growth, then when you stimule the muscles you want to build that is where you put on the bulk!!! I had a teacher who was a bodybuilder who taught me that!

if ur 13 ur muscels are still developing u can mess ur self up but if u still want ingest alot of protein and consatrate on ur bicips and chest with some dub bells but it does take time but its the safest way=)
