actually the docter suggested that I get the gastric bypas because I need to lose the weight fast, I cant afford it and the treatment they provide me is 1250 dollars a month I cant afford that

Let me clear things up I dont eat that much I eat 2 oz of meat and fruits and veggies, THe reason I can lose weight is because of the sleep apnia that is the reason I am over weight I eat alot less then a thin person belive it or not

I have sleep apnea also. (I despised that CPAP machine, and haven't used it in over a year). Since I lost 45 lbs, I sleep a lot better. You can too... you just have to apply yourself. You can lose a lot of weight with a minimum of exercise just through diet. It's really a simple matter of taking in fewer calories than you burn. Check out that website and remember... patience and persistence will win the battle every time. And here's a tip from my doctor: "Eat to live, don't live to eat".

me too, but i only weigh 225 at 6'1" I pass out driving my car it is horrible. I know of the mask but I can't even sleep with headphones on. I'm gonna try cpap but i really don't see it working out for me. there must be a better way like throat surgery or something. I have mini heart attacks every night when I go from rem sleep to wide awake choking. help!

well.........2 option.....1, by exercise n at the same time control ur meal in some regular but small served dairly...........2, take some slimming course...........as my opinion the 1st going to be better n ina long run it can hardly come with any side effect where as the 2nd 1 seem to be only manage in a short while n it will regain the fat after u stop those slimmin course for a while..........what do u think?

Go in to a neurologist and have the fit you for a CPap machine. It will lower your Blood pressure, help you sleep, and that will end up lowering your cortisol and help you lose weight.
