My son, 4yrs, is complaining of headaches. He also has tiny bright red spots on the back of his mouth/throat. He is not eating well but drinks okay. Any ideas what this might be? He has had strep before and it didn't look like this so I am unsure what it could be. He is a little cranky and not sleepy as well as usual. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
