Left. I don't have the weird "cutting effect" when right handed people have to switch their fork back to the right hand after cutting their food. I think that looks so funny, but cute. No offense to you righties!!!

I eat with my right hand and my husband eats with his left. Its great when we're sitting beside one another (him on left, me on right) at dinner because we can hold hands without having trouble eating. :)

Although I'm right handed, I use them both and sometimes I even preder to use the left.
