If you mean the war on the field, probably Israel. After all, it is a fulll force of country warfare against guerillas. Not such a match.

hezbollah - even israel admits that their organized and tough - its 5 million jews against 200 million middle east muslims - if it werent for america israel would be dead long ago - poor lebanese have to suffer - israel says its a victim of hitler - their acting just like him - treating arabs like dogs and bombing and killing them and taking their homes - and did i mention that the muslims are not afraid to die

a) bored military who has suddenly something to do
b) manufacturer of weapons and ammunition
