What does "Ara" and "Achi" mean in Armenian?

The words ara and achi were originally "boy" and "girl." But their usage has evolved to slangy, borderline rude ways of saying "hey,boy!" or "hey,girl!" which say more about the speaker than the person they're trying to address.

its not really a real word, but ara just could be said to get another ones attention and achi means girl.
