add a stuffy animal. that way when the flowers are gone and the book is on a shelf somewhere she will always have the animal on her bed reminding her of you...

chocolate is always a good bet too, and MAKE her something, like a jewlry box and burn/paint that special nickname you have for her on the top, or put yours and her name in a heart or something
