Oh you can, can you? Then why didn't I stop two years ago?
By the way, you won't be able to keep up the weight loss. You will eventually get more and more lethargic and get more and more health problems and your whole life will be ruined.
Oh, and what's more, everyone will blame you instead of trying to help. There is no help. You won't be able to accept it.
Want to die young? Keep it up.
I AM SERIOUS. And if you don't die, you WILL spoil your health. Trust me, I said the same thing as you did. I didn't listen to anyone. Then I found out the hard way.
I can't see any way out of it myself, but maybe you can still stop it now. Try a different approach to weight loss. And think about WHY you are doing it. Is something bothering you?

If you have been researching enough than you should know by now all of the physical harm that bulimia and anorexia can and WILL cause if you continue in such a matter. The acids from your stomach after throwing up will rot your teeth and cause damage to your throat and esophagus. Starving yourself actually slows down your metabolism and your ability to burn calories so any food you actually do ingest and keep down will turn to fat. If you dont eat at all your body will start eating away at your muscle as well as any reserves of fat. Anorexia is also a threat to your reproductive system. After you get below 17% body fat than your period will stop and that is unhealthy for your ovaries, etc, and will make it hard, if not impossibe to have children later on in life. This is only a little bit of what will happen if you continue to be anorexic/bulimic. It is torture to your body and you will die evetnually and it wont be a painless death either, youir organs will quit working one by one and that isnt pain free. If you want to be skinny than there are healthier ways to lose weight, exercising and burning more calories than you intake and eating more healthy foods is the way to do that, not starving yourself and neglecting your body of nutrients. You say that you can choose when you can stop (though if you continue it WILL get addicting and you will need therapy to stop) .... than my advice is to stop now when your body isnt shutting down and has a chance to be healthy.

It actually is mentally addicting. You can stop now, but if you think it's the only way to look good you probably won't. After a while it becomes so engrained that you keep saying the same thing over and over, but couldn't really stop if you wanted to. On top of that it damages your body. Vomiting that often means you get stomach acid in your throat and it will eat away at the lining, very bad stuff. Also since you're starving yourself your body begins to break down any fat you have, if you're burning it. Once it stops doing that it will literally digest itself. Combined with the fact that your body is not getting the nutrition it needs you won't feel as energetic, your body won't heal, and you will slowly start to die. Yes, it is a horrific thing.

Anorexic is the more severe, your body slowly starves itself and shuts down all of your organs, you die horribly questioning your too fat because some human beings have made you seem at your self that way. Obsesity has replaced from what it once changed into reported. as a lot as ten years in the past weight problems changed into all and sundry over 100lbs of the conventional insurance charts for ordinary height and weight. there turned right into a guy's chart and female's chart (in heels) and three divisions gentle, medium and heavy boned. This stupid BMI caluculations do no longer take any of those concerns. the mathematics is thoroughly incorrect the 'fat content fabric' aspect you squeeze can variety counting on many factors which include how a lot water you drank that day. they're making known ordinary human beings imagine they're 'fat' the total gadget must be tossed into the interior maximum component to the Pacific!

Hi,
Anoroxia and bullima are in actual fact phsychological diseases where afflicted people would keep wating to throw up the food they eat and will start to starve themselves and not eat.. just to stay thin.
Most of the time, these people are already stick thin but they still think they are fat because yes, they are addicted to the feeling of wanting to be even thinner.
Are you sure you can stop when you want?
These two conditions are very bad for health because your body needs nutrients to function. Without eating, you will get no nutrients and your body will not be able to function well.
So they are bad on a health perspective.
If you can really stop when you want.. good luck.. STOP.
Dun overeat. Eat just right.
Dun starve yourself. Not eating will just lower your metabolic rate and make it harder to lose weight.
THrowing up food and starving yourself are not the only solutions to lose weight!

Ask Karen Carpenter: http://atdpweb.soe.berkeley.edu/quest/Mind&Body/Carpenter.html
Anorexia is a condition where normal-weight or skinny people look in the mirror and see themselves as fat - even though they're not. Some of them start out as fat, but they just never recognize when they've lost enough weight. They don't realize that the "fat" is just in their imaginations, so they never stop starving themselves until it's too late. People try to tell them that they're not fat, but they won't listen. They become obsessed with losing weight, and eventually starve themselves to death.
If you think you can stop easily, then prove it. Stop. Now. If you can't, get help.

It's not a healthy way to get skinny, and it is addictive. It's like a control thing. I have an eating disorder. I hate it every single day. If you can really quit now, then do it. I wish so bad I could.

It is very addicting and very bad for you. You put yourself at risk for organ failure and many other ailments. You should go to http://www.geocities.com/helpprob a lot of people on there said that they thought it was cool then they wish that they hadn't started because their life turned into a living hell.

it IS addicting. i read that after a while, your body can't stop because it thinks youre not supposed to eat anymore. starving yourself is a stupid thing to do (no offense). you'll stop growing. besides, anorexic people dont look pretty, they look sick and like they're dying. please dont do it. you want to get skinny? excercise. DDR is a good workout.

it can kill you. It can also eat away at the lining of your esophagus, and ruin the enamel on your teeth. You can have failure of major organs in your body, and your heart can become very stressed. See a doctor, you need some help.
