I am a Southern Girl, so I like the simple things in life.

Mild or Medium Cheddar Cheese

However, I am also a Sophisticated Southern Woman now, so I have more taste than I used to...

I like Brie and Colby sliced very thin, and Monterrey Jack.

But I don't like stinky cheeses like swiss, feta, or anything else....

My very favorite cheese is English Cotswold. It's a double Gloucester with chives. Sharp, and YUMMY! :)
