I am a Southern Girl, so I like the simple things in life.
Mild or Medium Cheddar Cheese
However, I am also a Sophisticated Southern Woman now, so I have more taste than I used to...
I like Brie and Colby sliced very thin, and Monterrey Jack.
But I don't like stinky cheeses like swiss, feta, or anything else....
hope i helped!!
