Try different shades of blue and experiment on something other than your canvas to see how you like the effect.
Some of the common shades are Ultramarine, Cerulean, Phthalo, Colbalt and Cyan. Light Ultramarine will get you closest to a typical sky blue with the least amount of mixing.
I prefer Primary Cyan because it has a deep natural blue and you can tone it down as you please.
But remember, don't waste a lot of paint unless you're rich. Mix very small samples at a time and try out these on another surface first.

Getting a correct sky blue color depends on what image you are trying to paint. Most real skies are not just one color. Your blue is probably not a pure hue, and may be a shade (black added) instead. If you mix more than one blue together along with your white, you may get a more correct color. Another answer says to mix water to get your color. . .NOT WITH OILS! They do not thin with water. Remember to look at the sky that you are trying to paint, and mix small amounts of color until you get the right blues. Good luck, and happy painting!

read some books on mixing oil paints. Do not neglect the greens, yellows and other colors within the skys. blue and white seldom works.

Use phalo blue with white. Just a drop of the blue should do it!

Cerulean Blue is my favourite for skies, sometimes I like to add a little cobalt, not much, just to spark it up in some areas.
