Outward: Nice smile, well groomed, slim or curvy...
Inward: Sociable, intelligent, funny, sweet, independant, has a good head on her shoulders....

There's more, but those are the essentials...at least for me!
I find looks important, but when a girl has a genuinely friendly and kind hearted personality with a beautiful smile, an average looking gal can suddenly become extremely attractive!
