Watch english TV, speak english on your spare time as much as you can, practice as much as you can. This goes with any language, if you don't use it, you'll forget it. If you use it, you'll only get better and better.

Honestly, you're not very good at reading and writing. For example, people don't read and write "good". They do it "well". "Good" is an adjective, "well" is an adverb.

The only way to improve your speaking skills is to practice. If you can't afford a private, one-on-one tutor, try getting a webcam and a microphone and speaking to someone online. You could do a language exchange- together you speak English for one hour per week and Arabic for the other. You can improve your listening skills by watching TV and movies (no subtitles) and listening to music, but to improve your speaking skills you need to get out there and get speaking practice.

Find a friend around you and try to speak in English at your workplace and at home. The more you speak, the more your speaking power will improve. Also, if you can't find anyone, then you can voice chat with people from native countries through Internet. The tip is that: think in English, don't think in arabic and then translate.

Continue conversing in english language, read couple of words and its meaning from a dictionary often. Speak to a boy or a girl of ages 5 to 10, they are mostly talkative type and can adopt their way of talking. Read the daily newspaper, listen to radio news and watch entertainment/movies on TV. Speaking the english language is a contimeous process, if you practice it, the more you will become proficient. Keep on tryin', Bro. Ma asalamah.

Begin like an American child would learn English. Start with the ABCs, then build with simple children's books, while increasing your vocabulary as you go along, identifying objects, etc. with words.

Surrond yourself with understanding american. Over time you will pic up their diction and word usage. You will never completely "convert" but this will help you with your normal interactions.
