I go every week, with a rare exception now and again when my family visits and I spend the day/weekend with them instead.
You (if you're a Christian)?

Without fail. I support my church body through my tithe, by participating on the advisory council, playing guitar on the worship team , teaching a discipleship class and volunteering to help with any program or ministry where there is a need. I believe the commitment level of church members will directly reflect that church's ability to reach the lost. So, yes. I attend at least weekly.

Sad to say, as a man who was raised in Roman Catholicism, the so-called "American Catholicism" is such a watered down, twisted "Catholicism" that it defies the very core of what the true Roman Catholic Church is all about, and, as a result, I NEVER go to Mass. That's sad, and against the Roman Catholic Church's teachings, but then the Vatican never expected the splintering of the Church into such abominations as something called the "American Catholic Church". I'm sure God can understand my difficulty in this matter and forgives me for my disturbed absence from Mass. Thanks for asking your question and making me get back in touch with why I'm so absent in Church every Sunday. God Bless you.

I go weekly,sometimes more.
As Christians, we are commanded by God to worship Him and keep the Lord's day holy. For Christians, it is on Sunday in remembrance of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
As Catholic Christians, we also receive the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ. The 6th chapter of John explains this.
Jn6:53- Verily verily I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you.
Jesus gave his life to save us. He gave us the Church, His body here on earth, He is the head of the Church. We can surely spend one hour with Him to give Him thanks and praise.
