If it wasn't gross, it wouldn't have to feel good. So be thankful it is gross, otherwise God wouldn't have invented orgasms.
Either that, or he would have had to make us crazily attracted to awkward, slimey and unhygienic things in general, which wouldn't have been good for us, evolution-wise...

I find that strictly a matter of opinion.
You can take your high fives and the rest of us will enjoy sex the way it is.
Consider, if sex were as easy to execute as a high five, we might have an even bigger population problem.
