Never mix business with pleasure. He is your ex for a reason. Obviously the two of you could not see eye to eye. Working with him closely at the same company will not be any different. Not a good idea.

working with your b/f is not a good idea...you have to think about the future...what would happen if you broke up...how would that effect your work, your very job?

as long as things didn't end badly between you, obviously they didn't, and as long as he knows that its over between the two of you, I wouldn't see why it would be a problem...if the job is a good opportunity for you, go for it girl!
