Be lovable.
Dress nicely, laugh, enjoy life, and develop some cool hobbies. Learn how to speak with a sultry voice, don't always be available, and express *some* interest in other guys.
If it is meant to be, he will follow your lead and fall madly in love. If it is not, oh well. Someone else will be attracted to you.

Just start talking to him more. Become his friend and find out more about him that way. And if he's the slightest bit into you, you and him could get together.
