Do the opposite. When you eat a lot your metabolism is at a high peak at all times. When you skip a meal, your digestive system slows down because there's nothing to digest, then it sends a signal to your brain to slow everything down as well. So in order to gain weight & slow down your metabolism, eat less often, maybe cut down to only 2 meals a day. See how that works.....Good luck!!

in case you decelerate so will your metabolism. i'm 30 years previous, when I left severe college I weighed round 90lbs. Now I weigh 100-one hundred and 5. i'm also 5'2''. i think like i'm searching into the previous. I easily have eaten junk foodstuff pretty a lot daily for lunch for over a decade now. besides the undeniable fact that come Monday evening raw or Friday evening Smack Down (wrestling). My son, my husband, and that i change into very energetic; we actually have our own wrestling ending strikes. I have a habit of operating or walking up and down the steps in my artwork storage or purely stairs era. My co-workers have requested me why I do this, yet because it’s truly only a habit I reply “in the destiny i'd no longer be able to any extra.” purely save transferring infant!!!!!!!!!!

My husband says to eat a lot of carbs. He has a high metabolism too, and gained almost 40 lbs in three months. Please take into consideration however that he was in boot camp for the USMC. So a lot of exercise may be in order as well. Good luck.

why do you want to do that for from my own experience trust me you want to keep a high metabolism because when you get older it will slow down then you will wish it would speed up so i would not worry about it if you really want to gain weight though try those weight gainers just be care
