In Pakistan there is very high electricity charges. There are used normal and manual electric metre (not digital metre). A metre with a wheel which rotate with burden of electricity flow. more electricity I use, more rotating speed wheel will get. So I want to know the technical and scientific way to reduce speed of my electric metre. In Pakistan, we use 220 volts system and 50 cycle. Thankyou, I will wait for a positive response.

There is nothing you can do. There is a tamper evident device to prevent you from opening up the box.
If you have a generator, turn everything off in the house, hook it up the generator to feed through your meter, and leave your house. Will spin meter backwards. This is leagle
