Another note - It's been said that it can be pretty dangerous when done solo. If this is true, what are the dangers?

Yes If you want to do it its pretty easy... First you should be very very sleepy now lay down in bed and stare at the palm of your hand a few inch's away from your face. Count slowly from 1 to 500* keeping your hand in front of your face *stand up and turn around. If all went well you will be looking at your own body. It will probably take a few nights of trying but in a week or so you will do it.

When i use to smoke Angel dust I use to fly my car all over. It sounds funny but I was up there. I can look down on myself as in the 3rd person. I love it it's trippy.
