I love them but it's hard finding too many other people who do.

I haven't had them in awhile, but I love them. My stepmom makes them alot for my dad. They moved to Florida so if I want to have them like she makes them I have to fly there from California.

Love the gizzard, pass on the hearts. They are good dipped in Worchestershire.

they are eaten in the Philippines and you will find griiled/roasted chicken intestines, chicken feet , chicken blood being sold as street food. They seem to be tasting good becasue you will get to see a lot of people buying them and the smoke coming from the grills smell good too.

I Love It! Fried or curried, I even fry then mix with noodles and veg. Yummy!! It's quite popular in the Caribbean.

I ate them all the time growing up. Now, I'm a vegetarian and eat no poultry, beef or pork. I really can't say that I miss them, but my Mom did a great job cooking them.

I like it...but I can't prepare it nor think about what it is when I eat it or I'll stop eating!
It's the same with snails...
