Berry Banana Blaster

1 1/2 cups orange juice
1/4 cup honey
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 banana
1/2 cup ice

Place liquids in blender, add remaining ingredients, blend until smooth

Lime Apple Splash

1 1/2 cups apple juice
2-3 tablespoons frozen lime juice concentrate
2 large scoops lime sherbet
1/2 cup ice

Same directions as above.

Orange Explosion

1 1/2 cups lemonade
2 cups orange sherbet or orange low fat ice cream
1 cup frozen peach slices

Add liquids to blender, add remaining ingredients, blend until smooth.

I have become very creative with my smoothie recipes. Unfortunately, I don't measure, but just dump ingredients and then add things for taste.

My latest favorite is:
Orange Juice
Ice Cubes
Vanilla Sugar Free Instant Pudding (only a little, like a tablespoon)
Vanilla Sugar Free Carnation Instant Breakfast
A couple spoonfuls of Orange Sherbert

It tastes just like a creamsicle.

smoothies are some of the most fun to experiment with

Start with ice and fruit

Add either water or milk and sugar if sweetening is needed

Mix in other fruits and/or flavorings and blenderize it to your desired texture

There is no wrong way to do it. Just find a fun mix that you like.

Fruit that you like: a good combination is bananas and strawberries...
Add a scoop of yogurt or ice cream - Vanilla
Add a Scoop of CRUSHED ice

you have a killer smoothie!!

Berry Burst Smoothie-

-2 cups of mixed fruit. (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry)

-1 cup of orange juice

-either strawberry or blueberry yogurt (1 cup)

P.S. after blending this, add ice according to how thick you want your smoothie.

This is my smoothie that I make at home

All you need is all the fruits you like. (pineapple, apple, grapes...)
Then ice
Then lemon juice
sugar

Then blend it all up! And wallah!!!

Smoothies are whateva you want, all blended up into one drink (ice)

my favorite is strawberries and blueberries in a blender. add water to the top of the berries. add one scoop whey protein. blend and drink
