It is common among fundamental Christians, love em or hate em just ignore them cause if you kill them they are sure to come back for ever and bug you about it. Learn from the Romans. Turn the other cheek.

It is not common to my mail box but I do get a few emails from people that can't imagine that they could be wrong.
I always do not respond. No need to fan the fire if someone is angry.
I try answers a little more thought out and genuinely helpful and so less people flame me.

If you answer enough questions you're bound to run into one or 2 nuts in the process. What a blessing that our email addresses are kept private! I haven't had any ranters, but some strong opinions have come my way. But, I've also met some great folks that I'm still in touch with.

Well, I have gotten a few emails. Basically from someone who thought I was a zealot. A pro-life, conservative, and even worse than that a REPUBLICAN. (I wonder when this lad grew up because those are not insults in my area of the country.) He made me laugh and when he realized he couldn't win he said he was going to stop writing. I sent him a "thank you note" and haven't heard from him since. Kill em with kindness. They don't know how to respond to love. :-)

This person who keeps sending you hate mail is NOT a child of God. He/She may believe it to be true or just be telling you that
But a true follower of Jesus wouldn't do that.
