It's ok. The systolic number (top) could be lower, but it will change over the course of the day. I'd say, cut down on salty foods and sodas and drink alot of water and it will come down if you are concerned about it.

Text book blood pressure is 120/80. So, the top # is a bit high.
You may want to ask your Dr. about it the next time you go for a visit. Do you have a family history of high blood pressure? Do you have high cholesterol? Talk to your Dr. about it.

You may also need to restrict red meats, fats and high cholesterol foods in your diet -- if you haven't already.

it's not bad, but BP need to be assesed at differeent times, you can't just gp by one reading. but all in all it's good, if not a tad higher if you are of healthy weight.
