well of course its possible, i met my man on yahoo chat, we have taken our time to get to know each other as best we can, we have seen eachother on cam, speak every day via voice chat, and we have experienced ups and downs just like any other couple would, only we havent had the physical side of the relationship yet, some things are better left for when we meet as it makes it so much more special, as for doubters out there, is sad u have to be negative about meeting and falling in love on yahoo....maybe its because ur sad and have been rejected or have had bad experiences in the past, it dosent give u the right to put others down or as we aussie's say "burst our bubble", so pls keep nasty comments to ur self in future, love is a great experience, just cos u cant be happy dosent mean others cant... i know personally of 12 couples from yahoo who r married, happily i might add, and at least 20 more who r dating, if u dont agree with love on the net, then i feel sorry for u, i can understand the caution and wariness associated with it, but not every 1 on yahoo is fake... hope u find who ur looking for, love is a wonderful feeling, no matter where it comes from... tc : )

I believe there are 90% of those who aren't capable of being a significant anything, except a significant waste of time, energy, emotion, and money. So many on these boards contain men and women who use themselves as nothing more than unpaid prostitutes and hookers. When someone will actually respect themselves enough to teach others to respect them for their high standards, high morals, and their unwillingness to settle for sin instead of a life-long commitment, then you just might have a chance to find someone who could be significant to your life and to their own.
Unles you are talking with a person you met by posts in the "Christian" section who is a solid Christian man or woman, I would say that finding a "significant other" on these boards is like hoping to find a good, moral, faithful, honorable, and long-suffering woman in a bar full of drunk prostitutes.

I don't know about the Answers, but my wife and I found each other on the Yahoo Personals. It could happen.

Possible, but unlikely. Answers is deliberately structured to discourage two-way communication.

Based on the rediculous amount of immaturity in a lot of the posts on here...
I would say the chances are slim to none.

Internet love is possible but you might get someone that will tell you that they look like j-love and they may look like jo jo. So beware of online love. But try eharmony.com it may work for you.
