I am an insomniac too. I took the TV and computer out of my room and that helped. I started falling asleep 2 hours earlier...now 1 am..*sigh*

try staying awake. during the normal course of your day try and do things that are aerobic or physically draining. when you get home, try and stay awake as long as possible. concentrate on staying up not sleeping. usually, before you know it, you're out.

listen 2 music or listen (dont watch) the tv , it might take a little while but it usually gets me alseep.
