I mean, would they start taking meds with a much NARROWER selection of meds that would WORK?

When you are diagnosed with hiv you do not start taking medication, you start medicine when your disease starts progressing downt the road toward AIDS, there are now very easy regimins for controlling hiv that involve 1 or 2 tablets per day, so its not a big deal, just make sure you take them all as directed or else you may need to take a more difficult and complex group of drugs if they stop working or dont work

If some1 just finds out they have HIV dosen't necessary mean there gonna take medication it all depends on there blood count that the dr looks 4.
