Marriage to US Citizen, called for interview in 2 months, but couldn't get fingerprint done, so case wasn't approved and shelved. after a while they asked for RFE on 485, sent it and got approved, got welcome letter and card. But I haven't got approval for I-130? Do you know what happens in the scenario? When are they going to approve it.

You're not going to be allowed to adjust status until the I-130 - which is the basis of your adjustment - is approved.

When will it be approved? Sorry, but we aren't philosophers!

If you got the green card in the mail, I think this means I 130 was already approved because you can't get a green card without getting first approved for I 130.

I don't know what's up with the I 130 application! I'm still waiting on my husband's to be approved! It has been 6 months, and we have not heard nothing! They need to hurry up!
