Anyone protesting a funeral service should feel ashamed to violate a personal service for mourning ESPECIALLY when they are soldiers of war FIGHTING to protect this damn country.........

They should be put on the front lines and then we'll see how they feel about it........people shouldnt form opinions when they're not there and dont know whats going on they are fighting for their lives and just trying to make it home safely .........they believe they're doing their civic duty as people have been doing since the beginning of time ........who are you to protest when you are too chicken to enlist and see what its all really about and then disrespect someone's funeral services...........

They should all be shot on the picket lines ;)

The ACLU does not protest at funerals. I believe you are referring to a small group of war dissidents who protested at the funeral of a young man killed in Iraq. They were not affiliated with the ACLU.

The ACLU is a messed up organization, but they don't protest at military funerals. There is another fringe group (don't recall their name) that thinks all military men will go to hell because they are fighting for a country that permits gays to fight.
