No, I am not pregnant but I was just curious if breast feeding changes your boobs for the worst?

Actually, breast feeding, initially and during, changes your breasts for the better.
I was a card carrying member of the IBTC,(itty bitty tittie committee), until I had my first child and breast fed him. I went from a 32B, to a 36D. After a year and a half, I stopped breast feeding, and my size remained a 36, but dropped a cupsize to 36C. They do tend to sag if I'm unsupported and lean forward, but with the proper support, they look great.

This is one thing that I wish the pregnancy books included. Once the baby is born, the breasts swell as the milk is produced. Normally this causes the new mother to go up 1-2 bra cup sizes. It also means that the skin of the breasts is stretched tightly and expanded in a very short amount of time. After breast feeding is stopped, it takes a few weeks for the engorgement of the breasts to come to an end. A few months later the breasts should be back to their normal size but unfortunately the skin doesn't heal that quickly. Until the body can reabsorb an heal the over stretched skin they will be a bit looser and hang.

I breastfed for 8 months exclusively. My boobs are a little saggy, but they're not bad. They stretched from the milk production...and once you stop, they tend to have a little left over skin. But don't worry...it's not that bad. It's not like they're pancakes..I still can go without a bra.

My sister breast fed and her boobs are the same...I was so small prior to my baby...that when they became big..it was too much for my body.

Some women loose feeling/sensation. I did a little, but my sister didn't. So don't worry about it! Think about the benefits if you decide to have children.

But I do miss those 36D's!!!

Many things contribute to breast sag. Pregnancy hormones is one, weight gain, sudden weight loss, genetics.
