Why is it that my left armpit stinks like death warmed over on a hot sultry day, and my right armpit just smells like man sweat.
Why do they both stink differantly?

on a lot of people, the sweat glands on either side of the body work to a different degree. or...you might have a slight infection in one. (the smell could be puss building up in a layer of skin, and most of the time, you won't even realize it.) it might be something to look into.

The right armpit may have more sweat glands but this case could be controlled. Wear deodorant that fits for you. If you are a person who tends to get sweat, then look for a brand that will keep you dry. You see, the smell is the combination of sweat plus the bacteria we get. There are deodorants that at the same time antibacterial. Hope this helps. God bless! :0

all men are different and your sweat glands react differently.more so if your a nervous person your hormones will send a different smell than if you were calm.I know alot of people like this and yes they are very clean people that shower everyday and use deodorant. As you know deodorant isn't the answer to smelly armpits it just makes them smell worse.Sometimes 1/2 cup of baking soda added to your bath water will help to over come this problem. But see your doctor as there is help out there for it.

It's about toxins and how your glands are releasing them. If one side is smellier than the other, it could be that you put your anti-perspirant on one and not the other so body toxins come out the stinkier one. Or it could be that you need to detox. Also, check your armpit and breast for lumps. If you find ANYTHING notify your primary care physician right away. It could be a build up of toxins.

You put deodorant on your right armpit but not the left. Duh! You have to use it on both armpits. Either that or you have no sense of smell in your right nostril. Duh! Go blow your nose.
