Definitely choose something that isn't messy to eat, and is easy to eat.and does not leave a lingering odor on the breath. Will it be buffet? I hate to cut, and saw my way through meat when it is a business affair, I don't want a drippy sauce, or soup to slurp.
I would start with a mixed fruit cup served in its own juices, an Italian salad with sweet/sour vinegar based dressing, with cheese, black olives,[ easy on the onions]..some warm multigrain rolls, a hearty meatless main dish, like seafood alfredo, eggplant Parmesan, frosted brownies for dessert. or maybe lemon bars. I always like to see a bowl of mints available at the end, doesn't matter what kind, let the budget dictate, though it isn't approved of to go around the office sucking on a hard candy. Might want a platter of veggies, with a tasty dip. It could be low-cal dill dip, or ranch.
Serve things that most people like, show that you tried to accommodate special diets, and vegetarians, so everyone can find something to eat, and not starve.. Might want to find out what the bosses like to eat, a little buttering up never hurts!
OOps, forgot a drink. Coffee, iced tea, mayby a flavored tea, like lemon, or some real lemonade if it follows the theme of the lunch.

We used to have Cold-Cut Platters in the office all the time. If it wasn't that; it was Pizzas with various toppings.......Soda, and a light dessert, maybe an Ice-Cream Cake or these:
STELLA DORA ANGINETTI CREAM PUFFS:
8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
4 oz. Cool Whip
2 pkgs. Stella Dora Anginetti's
Mix cream cheese and pineapple together. When mixed good, stir in Cool Whip. Blend all together. Cut Anginetti in half lengthwise and put about 1 teaspoon of filling in between both halves like a sandwich. Refrigerate to set overnight. (the recipe is on the back of the cookie package)

Go to ur Local wal-Mart and get a deli platter, chips, cookies and if it's a special occasion a cake. Take a poll around the office to see what everyone likes to drink and compromise. Bread, crackers and deli mustards...u know the flavored kind. The deli platter needs to include several lunch meats and different cheeses.

We usually have early morning meetings and they have doughnuts and pastries, coffee, juice and water.
Afternoon meeting could be appetizers if people haven't eaten lunch or desserts if people have already eaten lunch.

Little sandwiches, coffee, sodas, water, cookies. This seems typical so it should be fine.
