Tito had that specially made. Right now it's not for sale, but ...
The UFC Store has a UFC 61 t-shirt in black and grey $24.95 (not the shirt you're looking for but has all four of the major fighters on it.)
Tito has his own line of clothing "Punishment Athletics" various prices. (also not the shirt you're looking for, but that's the link to his clothing.)
