don't know about sleep paralysis, but I spent an entire summer 1/2 and 1/2 when I was working graves at this production plant. I would get home at 7a.m. just as the entire family was getting up. They thought 3 hours of sleep was sufficient and wake me up around 10. Then when I went into work at 11p.m. I would end up in parts of the plant w/out knowing how I got there. I later learned that I was known as "zombie girl." I never got used to it.

Yes and the answer is spiritual. It's called an "out of body" experience. The soul is supposed to put you in a stupor before it "goes home" for the night. Sometimes you start waking up before it returns and you sense being here and there at the same time. I know how most of you will laugh at this but I was clinically dead in an ER in Fountainbleu, France and really was "on the other side".

Yes! Every Day! It's called ttrying to go to sleep while my wife stays up and watches TV in the same room. She likes to watch "Charmed", so I always think I'm a demon or part of the show...

A month in the past, for a pair days quickly, each evening i might attempt to flow to sleep and that i might hear somebody scream. this might take place like 14 situations after which a technique or the different I continually ended up falling asleep. commonly it became like a psychotic scream of words i could no longer make out, yet often times I heard my call being screamed. It had occurred on a number of different events in the previous that; continually for some days in a row, whether it had continually been basically speaking- no longer screaming. specifically situations, it sounds like i'm being pulled out of my physique and that i've got relatively lifted up out of it a splash (it form of feels), and specifically situations I hear pleasing track extremely of screaming. I continually desire later that I had tried to place in writing the track down or play it on my piano or my guitar, because of the fact it extremely is commonly profoundly complicated and pleasing. If it extremely is schizophrenia, I savour each minute of it, because of the fact i'm nuts. The track is nearly uncommon, however, and that i desire i might desire to hearken to it extra regularly, because of the fact it extremely is songs i understand i've got by no capacity heard in the previous and that i understand they might take the worldwide by capacity of typhoon if i might desire to easily checklist them a technique or the different. the way the track hits me unexpectedly jogs my memory relatively some the scene on the beginning up of serious, the place the previous woman first recalls a speedy seize of being on great and there's a speedy little blurp of orchestra track after which it startles her and he or she falls back and the examine group has to capture her and help her regain her stability. I used to- in the previous all this- get intense by capacity of taking like 10 or 15 drammamine, and on social gathering it made me hear some comparable issues (voices, track) and that's because of the fact the drammamine had crossed over the blood/ideas barrier in my auditory cortex and led to auditory hallucinations. Why an analogous component began to take place once I stop that form of stuff, i do no longer understand.

There are times when I'm dreaming and I'll know when I'm starting to wake up because I start moving slower in my dreams. like trying to run or walk. funny thing is that I know in my dream that I'm about to wake up.
