Regions of the country and world are all differnt on what types of soda they have.
Avoid all kinds ofmontain Dew they all have caffeine
watch out for all colas and dr pepper they have caffeine
You can go to wild oats or trader joes or whole foods or whatever health food or natural market you have and find a ton of natural sodas.
They will be caffeine free

Do not forget about other wonderful choices like fruit juices or lemonade or herb tea. Herb tea is caffeine free. Not the regular tea. It will say on the box and they have all kinds of fruity flavor and you can make it in a large jar and put it in the sun to brew. It is called sun tea. After that you just refrigerate. You use several bags in a Large sun tea jar or a glass juice jar. Yummm You can put it in the window or outside if no one will mess with it.

Sprite, most Root beer, 7Up, Ginger Ale.
Since sodas are not naturally caffinated they have to list caffeine in the ingredients if they contain it. If you're in doubt read the label.

caffeine free Diet Pepsi is pretty common. It'll tell you right on the can (or bottle, whatever) if it contains caffiene. Usually the caffeine free Diet Pepsis are brown in color as opposed to the blue cans of regular Diet Pepsi.

do check the label though.
you can get coke, pepsi, mt dew, etc in caffiene free. alot of them are "diet" as well. here in utah, (just cuz we are a mainly mormon state) we have caffiene free regular mt dew as well
but soda is REALLY bad for you.. even w/out the caffiene... yicky stuff... i've kicked the habit and my hair, skin, and nails are all so much healthier. i've lost weight and have more energy too...
