Galatians 2:20 -- I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
Ephesians 5:1-2 -- Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children; and walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.
Revelation 1:4-6 -- John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace [be] unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne; and from Jesus Christ, [who is] the faithful witness, [and] the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, and hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him [be] glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

The Bible states "For God so loved the world..." John 3:16 (a verse most ppl know). And Jesus is part of the Trinity (Father, Son, Holy Ghost), so that means he loves us too.
Also, to look at it logically, Jesus didn't have to die on the cross... the fact that he agreed to do it means that he loves us. (no matter how much I care for someone I wouldnt agreed to be crucified for them). The crucifixion was a hard thing for him--he even sweated blood cus he was so stressed out about it (that is called hematohydrosis--when ppl are reeeaaally stressed out and sweat blood), yet he still went through with it. and he did it for everyone--including you. and only a person who loves u very much would do that.
Also, just look at Jesus' life in the Bible. He never did his miracles to show off--he always did them to help ppl (i.e. like when he halped the lame man to walk, or helped the woman with the issue of blood, or raised Lazarus from the dead when Mary and Martha cried to him). And when Jesus found that Lazarus had died and that the family was sad, He also cried--he cried because he cared.
And when the ppl crucified Jesus, he asked God to "forgive them, cus they know not what they do" (dont know the exact verse of that). Jesus even cared about the ppl who had just killed him.
Something probably happened to u to make u doubt (as has happened to me, when friends of the family died), but u have to remember that we're not in a perfect world and that bad things happen... and if Jesus suffered so much, then we will have to suffer also (and our suffering can't be anywhere compared to his--which he did for us, and for u)...
so dont loose hope, and when u feel discouraged, find someone u trust to talk to.
Hope I helped!

Check out Romans 5:8... But God showed his love toward us in this: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Let me ask what precipitated your doubt??? Did something happen or "not happen"? Often times people find themselves losing faith when something doesn't go quite right. Others find doubt when they haven't seen God move in any significant way. Whatever the problem (if indeed there is one), the Pastor of the church where you work should be (yeah, I said SHOULD be) able to help you without passing judgement on you.
In any event... Yes... Jesus loves you and his death is a matter of undisputed hisotrical record. And he did it for you.

To secure His Love for us His made Jesus sit down at His own right hand until He makes all His enemies His footstool. God then gave us His Spirit to be another comforter as He did when He sent Christ. The comforter He brought to those who believed on Him and followed Him, would He send the Spirit upon all them who believe. Now we have the Word of the New Testament, and the Word of the Testament is made of strength and of force because of the death of Christ and having dedicated it with His own blood. Paulcould say, the promise of God are yes and in Him are Amen, 2 Corinthians 1: 20, Hebrews 9: 16-17, 1 Corinthians 11: 24-26. God wants us to know what was revealed to John, 1: 3 all things means all things. God also wants us to know that the Water of the Spirit equals the Word, with agreeing with God, and the Will of God. One without the other is like having a bunch of wood but no match, or a bunch of fire and no wood, which only in comparison do i say, because in reality one cannot have the Spirit without Jesus (the Word of God made flesh) the Lord oones's life. Love answer face to face with God, and they who are withou discernment are under tutors and governors. The cross and Christ dying its death there is an everlasting expression of God Love and His promises are the extension of His Love, But if you are not going to obey His Word well then; how will you know, His Love. I say that if we seek the kingdom of God daily, then the things God says will be added, becomes the condition, doesn't it? Now the kingdom of God is in righteousness peace and joy in the Holy Spirit, it isn't in meat ordaringg or in word and tongue (lip service), but rather the obedience of faith. Now it is plain that the kingdom of God is the Holy Spirit and has no boundaries as like geographical places, but one place and if He is there in this one place , therefore where you are so is He. " But" do you believe? Remember God has tied His hands, when He said He has made all things by His Word, and without His Word was not anything made that was made. So if you are looking for love with getting stuff from God, without first being built up in to Christ through the Spirit the things you want to see God's love in, well then what does wisdom speak to you, or will you get all emotional in a negative way? sincerely the truth, edwah z j

For me John 3:16 says it all: "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son. That whosoever believes in Him will not die but have eternal life." Since God and Jesus are one, it stands to reason that Jesus loves us. I know Jesus loves me. I feel His love every day. I pray you find the answers you are seeking. It would truly be awful if you turned your back on Christ.

Oh, there are so many verses, don't lose faith! Obviously you will find them in the New Testament...I can't think of anything specific off the top of my head but you can do Bible searches online, they're not hard to find...
And yes, Jesus died on the cross for us because he loves us so much more than we can imagine!
God bless

John chapter 3 v 16 says
For God so LOVED the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.
Romans 5 v 5 says And this expectation will not disappoint us: For we know how dearly God loves us, because He has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with His love.

John 3:16 is the most popular passage Christians will quote for this.
"For God loved the world so much that He gave His only begotten Son, so that whoever believes in Him should not die (be eternally separated from God) but have eternal life."
Another passage to quote in a situation like yours is Rom 8:38-39.
"For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord." (ESV)

Yes Jesus died on the cross for all of us.
Put yourself in Jesus' shoe (sandal)...........
If you have to leave your heavenly father, your place of authority, your royal status to come to earth as a lowly being. To be criticised, ostracised and then crucified by the being you have created.
But because Jesus love us so much, He doesn't mind to suffer all these for us. To teach us the way of God, to be punished for our sin, to bore beatings for our sickness and to use His blood to redeem us from the gates of hell. He also gave us His righteousness, His position as a Child of God. Now, God can and will bless us freely and righteously. We are judge by Jesus' finished work on the cross and not by our own self effort.
When you see how much Jesus had done for me and you, how can we ever doubt Him?
