you guys im kinds shy and embarrassed to ask a question like this but i feel it has to be done.u see im 19 and im madly in love with my boyfriend of two yrs, and u see i umm was thinking for his bday this august of doing something very special for him and i.i want to have sex , and feel its about time, but really i dont know what to expect.so my question to everyone is what should i expect for my first time? and how was urs????

Well it depends on how skilled your boyfriend is. It does take two to tango after all. It can be a wonderful experience for both and it can be very enjoyable for both.
If your boyfriend has had sex before, then he should at least have some of the basics down, but by no means does that make him a pro (many people go through life as amateurs!).
Things you should expect:
1. Expect to be a bit nervous. It is after all your first time, and there will be certain level of nervous excitement that you won't be able to shake. This is natural and you should try and be comfortable with this feeling. You shouldn't have any thoughts that your making a mistake going through your head (if so, then please stop...your not ready!! and this is OK!). You should feel something akin to waiting in line for a roller coaster...you've heard about it, you know its gonna be thrilling, but you haven't been on the ride yet!
2. Some discomfort as he enters you for the first time. The level of discomfort depends on how slow and patient he is with you. If he's done his job right, before his weenie gets even close, you'll be moist and aroused. Fingers, oral....whatever YOU are comfortable with. Patience is key for both of you....him spending time to ease you along will help both of you out!
3. Maybe a little blood. There is a good chance that your hymen is intact and he will break this during intercourse. The hymen is a thing layer of skin that partially blocks the vagina cavity. A small sharp, brief pain may be associated with this, but many time isn't not noticed...again depending on #2 above. Sometimes this is already broken, especially if you have masturbated or use tampons. No worries if there isn't any blood.
4. The building of pleasure. It should start to feel good. How quickly depends on #2 above. If your able to relax enough and enjoy the moment, you may even experience orgasm, but many girls do not the first time they have sex (which is entirely normal...with the nerves and the unknown factor, often your too wound up to orgasm....no worries). It should feel really good even if you don't orgasm....appreciate the new sensations and emotions you feel with love and lovemaking that your doing. It should leave you with a wonderful feeling of satisfaction.
If at any time you feel uncomfortable, you should tell him to slow down. It sounds like you two are in love so he should respect your first time encounter. If you feel any negative feelings or the moment it just too much, you can always call it off too or back down and wait a little while to start again. If your worried about upsetting your bf if that happens, talk about it ahead of time so if you do feel that way you won't suprise him or make him feel like he did something wrong.
Lastly, I think you have put some thought into this, but please make sure its what YOU want. This is very important. Its wonderful that you've waited this long. It will only serve you well later in life as you've really minimized bad experiences that come with being too young for sex and "doing things the wrong way". Don't let anyone tell you your doing the wrong thing...your relationship sounds strong and full of love. This is the key, now you just need to make sure its what you want.

Expect it to be bad. No lightning stricking, no birds singing, no angels flapping about -- just awkward, awful sex.
That's invariably how it will be the first time, but it's okay -- it's the same for most people. Especially if it's the first time for both of you -- if your boyfriend is more experienced than you, it might be better, but you should make sure you both take it very slowly and don't rush.
The good news is that it just gets better -- what a great excuse to practice your hearts out!!

well first of all ur 19 u shouldnt have sex. u will go to hell. u should have sex wen r married.but since u really wanna do it..on his b-day go in his bedroom with him.. and give him his gift there.. and ten say i love u and then just start makking out. after that take off ur clothes and just let him put his dick in ur *** and then u'll have babies ..unless he uses condoms...haha lol im crackin myslef up..and it will probly hurt as hell..but ur gonna go there if u do have sex so u should think about this over..saying do i really want to haev sex should i wait? and ask ur parents if u cant ask ur parents saying that ur in love with him and i just want to take it a step further and just give them the hint there..if u cant tell them tat then ur not readyy..

It's different for everyone. To some it's painful and to others not. I guess my first time was uncomfortable at first. You'll bleed afterwards for a little while, and might feel a little raw inside. But pleasure outweighs pain, at least for me it did.
