Mary. If God could show no greater love of his enemy, than to give up his only son, then what of Mary, who did the same?

Well, there's a few;
Satan got the worst reputation by tempting Adam and Eve. Trick is he was the one who told the truth. Genesis 2:16-17, Adam is told that on the day (not someday as christians explain it) you eat of the tree, you shall surely die. But in Genesis 3:1-5, the serpent (Satan) tells them that they won't die, but be like gods knowing the difference between good and evil.
Moses got screwed pretty hard too. After leading the hebrews around the desert for 40 years to the "promised land", he wasn't even allowed in!
Job took it on the chin pretty hard too, all for God to prove a point.
God abused the living hell out of this man (all loving my as$) to win a bet with the devil. Yeah, I'm paraphrasing here, but that's the gist of it.

God... from the beginning of time, he has to look at creation and see how messed up humans turned out...
Also Jesus... dying on the cross for other ppl isnt the nicest experience... he was innocent, so that makes his suffering worse...
Job was innocent too, and he suffered quite a bit...
(BTW, why do u say "the Book"? its ok to say the word "Bible" you know... its not a bad word lol)

Jesus suffered the most before He died on the cross.
Beneath His suffering I believe Job suffered the most.
But the one that's going to suffer the most to come is Satan. He will get just what he deserves.

The Book being the Bible? That is so easy. Jesus Christ suffered the most.

I say Darth Vader suffered the most. It took so long to come back from the dark side that he died doing it.

God. He had to watch as the perfect world and people he created deteriorated to the point that he "felt regret" over having made mankind. He was betrayed by the nation of Israel over and over again, even to the point of denying the Messiah he sent them and putting his "only begotten son" to death. He has watched as humans fight unjust wars and commit horrific attrocities and then claim to have done so in HIS name. He has seen many deny his existence altogether. He has continued to watch the world sink lower and lower in morality. So definitely its God.

Aside from Jesus, i'd have to say Job. But even though his life sucked, he still had faith in God, and didnt let his problems get him down. If there is one person in the bible that we should try to be like, aside form Jesus, it is Job. We all need a faith that overcomes all our problems. I know i dont, bu i wish I did.
Good question, and God bless.
