Take it slow. Does he live near you? If this is a long distance thing, don't spend much money. I married a Mexican man (who did speak English), but 6 years and two kids later we are divorced because the cultural differences were too big to overcome. Maybe your relationship will work out, but give it time and let him take some English classes. DON"T move down to Mexico. Get to know him over time.

Your relationship cannot grow very well if you can't communicate. You must learn a common language: whether it's Spanish, or English, or Korean, or Russian, or German, or Yoruba, or American Sign Language, or any other - doesn't matter - but you must have some language in which the two of you can communicate.

I think one of you should make that sacrifice to learn each others native language. Especially if you plan on being together and living in the same country. I would recommend if he comes here to learn English and if you choose to move there then you should learn Spanish. Communication is key in a relationship... without it you have nothing. -Good luck!

Honestly, it can't be love without actually speaking to each other. Love comes from understanding. How do you know if he loves you? Maybe he's just trying to stay here in the states with your "love". Women are often easily trapped by "love" and are blinded by it. What do you know about him?
I'm not sure what you mean by "what should you do?". What do you want to do? It's not a problem to date others, even if you don't understand the language. Doesn't mean it's love though.
