Used to be great, but getting worse all the time. Full of con artists now.

Yes, i bought like 5 different things from E-bay. Items will get shipped but after a week and nothing happens, report to ebay and you will get your money back. It is also best to look at the seller's review and make a decision there.

You should check the seller's feedback rating. You obviously want it as close to 100% as possible. The seller gets ratings from people who've bought things from them. If the buyer has a bad experience, they will leave negative feedback to the seller, thus, bringing their feedback rating down, which isn't good. Also,if you use Paypal to pay for the transaction, the entire thing is usually protected by Paypal,if the seller doesn't come through,Paypal will refund the money. ( Check out www.paypal.com for that info) Good luck, bought tons of things on Ebay, but never had any luck selling on there, and in about 3 years only 2 bad experiences,so,that's pretty good

I've been buying off ebay for a long time. Make sure you don't buy anything from anyone with a rating of less then 99%. Check their feedback. Most ppl who have high ratings are safe. Plus, if you can, always pay with PayPal. If you get screwed you can get your money back.. all if not most of it. In over 200 buys I have only gotten ripped off once when someone didn't send a dvd I ordered. I got all my money back from paypal.

I tried it once and got had. I bought the items, sent the money through paypal and never received the products. Than the person selling them had the nerve to report ME to e-bay as non-payment, when I showed them that I had paid but never received anything, they refused to help me get the product or my money back. Haven't been back since and never will.....

the ebay site can be trusted. However, use caution with the people who are buying/selling on ebay. My rule of thumb is that I will not buy/sell to anyone with less than 10 flawless transactions. Buyer beware just like anything else!

For the most part we have been happy. If you buy through paypal they will make sure that you get either the item or your money back. Otherwise you could get scammed.

make sure the person that you bought the item has a good feed back score first. We lost $900 but we didn't look into it first
