Corn is good for you in general, but fresh is always better. If you have a choice, go with corn on the cob rather than canned corn. But canned corn is healthful as well.

Believe it or not, can then corn on the cob is much safer unless you know how to pick fresh corn on the cob and have access to fresh produce. I would rather have an organic can of corn then a safeway corn on the cob any day.

Definitely Corn on the Cob .... Simply delicious ! You can cook it in so many ways . You can even eat it raw if you want to .There was once I tried eating it raw in Cameron Highlands . You can even eat it when it's cold too . Corn on the Cob's sold in almost every country . So Corn on the Cob's my final answer !

Each has thier place. Corn in a can (cream style) for cheese and corn toasted sandwiches. But you can't beat fresh corn on the cob with a ton of butter and black pepper at a barbeque.

I'd have canned corn if I really have a craving & can't get the one on the cob, but my choice would be on the cob. Nothing beats that boiled, or on the grilled/roasted.
