When your clothings are smaller and are too big for you.And when you look in the mirror,you will see that your body seems to look thinner and smaller.And if you have a scale you can see that of course,and just exercise:have fun with it.Eat small portions of foods and you will get there.Good luck.Here is a website for help.

Um, you COULD weigh yourself. That's the most accurate way, I'd say. Just do it at the same time every day, preferably after you go to the bathroom. ;-)

Usually my pants feel too big when I'm losing weight, but that's just me.

sadly the stomach is one of the last to go...if you are pretty overweight you will first notice in your face and hands. then your arms, legs, and finally your stomach.

The scale will say you weigh less when you step on it. Your clothes will be looser. You might be hungry more than usual.

my clothes feel baggy and usually you can tell because when you lay down you can feel your rib cage better.
