was making out with a girl i was dating, gave her oral, then she got brave and undid my pants knowing i was still a virgin. i told her to wait but she put my p.enis all the way in anyway. i didnt stop her from taking my clothes off but i did say "wait" or "we should wait" but she did it anyway.

Did you tell her to stop and that it makes you feel uncomfortable and you don't want to go any further?
If so, then it's rape.

Its not rape because you didn't stop her from taking off your clothes. Your a man and your strong enough to push her off if you really didn't want it to happen.
Answer to your second question: At the heat of the moment a person can say "yes" but if she/he tries to fight off the other party, then its considered rape. Unfortunately that's how the system works. Its usually in favor of the female because it is usually not likely that a female can fight off a man.
I had a feeling that you took it as a turn-on. Some men like a woman to take charge.

Yes, this counts as rape. Rape is defined as "sexual intercourse without consent." Your situation definately fits.
Have you told anyone about this? Tell a responsible person, and work out what you should do with them. You may be able to press charges against this girl.

no...Its not rape ..but its the sterotype that all guys want to do is do it so when a man is hesitant or says no as women..we tend to be like"yeah right" and it sounded like you were more afraid of the unknown then really not wanting to have sex...so in the future no means no...not no means no until it feels good to you..okay playa

Not really... you never said no and you weren't being held against your will. Why would you care anyway? Congrats bro, you're no longer a virgin. I'll see you on the other side haha

No...that is not rape...saying 'wait' is not the same as 'stop'. Plus, you gave her oral first.

Don't believe so. You didn't say "no." "Wait" could mean "wait a minute" or "wait until we're married" or anything in between.
